The pub in the background at the start of this scene is just around the corner from where Emma lives. It also happens to be the pub in which I occasionally drink after volleyball! Anyway we agonised for ages about this scene as there were a lot of people coming and going and she was worried about being spotted by someone she knew. Necessity may be the mother of invention but desperation is the big daddy of location finding!
