Ophelia is playing a game called the holding contest, this is level 1. What she has to to do is make herself very desperate to pee before even making this clip. She starts the video standing in her jeans, very desperate to pee. She says that she has to hold in her pee for 3 minutes, without leaking and do it while drinking a bottle or a full cup of water.
